A New Addiction

It seems that Chris and I have found a new addiction-World of Warcraft. I started playing it last Friday (it is Tuesday today) and I played it all weekend long. It is alot of fun-in between the original Everquest game and Diablo 2. The graphics are beautiful too-and there is no lag or zoning, which is fantastic. I convinced Chris to start playing on Sunday, and he likes it too. I have even been getting up early before work to play, but alas, today was server maintenance day.

Chris's marathon work schedule is finally over. Hopefully, things are going to wind down a bit. We booked a trip to Vegas over Easter weekend. We are staying at the MGM Grand-new hotel for both of us, and it should be lots of fun. Everyone jokes around that we are sinners, since we are going to Sin City during the Christian holiday.

We went out to Fogo e Brasa (sp)? the other night with Jeff and Audra. It was a good time, and the food was good. Just the buffet alone filled me up. When we left, I was totally uncomfortable from eating. I hate it when I do that. The strawberry shortcake was really tasty-I pretty much blew off my new "eating habits" that night.

Speaking of which, I have lost about 5 pounds in about 2 weeks. I sometimes wish it were more, but I know that those pounds aren't water weight, so I think I am doing well.

The goal this month is to use our tax money to update the yard. With our new addiction, I am not sure that is going to happen.
