38 Weeks

So, the doctor says I will probably be induced a week from today, March 21st with little Macy born on the 22nd. The hospital is supposed to confirm the date and time and I should know the final date at my doctor's appt. tomorrow. I am so done with being pregnant. I am huge and it is hard for me to move around. My feet are swelling and they look like sausages. I have heartburn again for some reason too. I am getting up to go to the bathroom twice in the night (which, knock on wood) isn't so bad-since I can fall right back to sleep again. I also seem to have TMJ-so I bought a mouth guard to where at night. The doctor says that will probably continue until after the pregnancy-then, with my hormones and position changing, it will probably go away.

All I want to wear are my skirts and dresses, because my pants aren't fitting well because I am so big and swollent. To top it off, it is getting to be 90 degrees here, so those are the only things that are cool to wear.

Macy's dresser came in, but there is some damage to the fooot of it. Figures. We had to go order a new one again from the store-but they will put a rush on it- so it should come in 4-6 weeks (that is a rush?). Also, the mobile from Pottery Barn that we bought sucks, so we are going to use it for wall decoration and we bought a new one instead. Chris is SUPPOSED to put it together tonight -we will see.

We installed the car seat and put together the stroller! We also bought batteries for the swing that Jeff and Audra let us borrow. We still haven't installed the other film for the window for summer though. Hopefully, we can get that done this weekend.

When we went to Babies R Us on Sunday, we bought Macy this cute little fishing outfit for when we go fishing this summer. She even has a fishing hat.

I am fully planned for my time off from school. Now I just need to get the assignments together for Lisa to copy and create tests and quizzes. I also need to record grades and get those done by Friday of this week, so I can be totally finished and not have to worry about work while I am out.

Other than that, we are sitting here waiting. Mom and Dad are going to be flying in on the 20th (next Tuesday), so things will start to get interesting around that time.
