Trying to Stay Busy

Okay, so I am 37 weeks pregnant now and trying to stay busy. This last weekend, Chris and I bought Macy's lamp and a new rug for the living room at Pottery Barn (not sure what was going on there). Unfortunately, except for the rug, nothing has been put up. Chris is working constantly because of Spring training-and they just got a new account-so I really haven't seen him this week, let alone nag him to get some stuff done around the house.

So, primarily, I have been grading papers at home, playing Sims 2, vegging out in front of the T.V, taking naps, and scrapping a bit for Macy's 8x8 newborn album. We are in the middle of watching Medium, which is an excellent show, btw. We also just watched The Prestige (we own it now) with Christian Bale and the guy Wolverine from X-Men (I can't think of his name now). It was a GREAT show-hard to predict what was going to happen next. Lots of twists and turns.

One of the new students in my class stole a bunch of candy from the substitute yesterday. I came into work today and immediately was pissed off. I chewed out the new kid-who has been causing trouble elsewhere-but it didn't make me feel better. So, I treated myself to a floral arranagement from Michaels, a new baby scrap idea book, and a rooster decoration for the kitchen-and a garlic shrimp lunch at Bappos. I felt much better.

Outside of being restless, having heartburn, and just bulky, I am doing pretty well I think. My next doctor appt. is tomorrow, so I am hoping that we can solidify a inducing/c-section date so I can REALLY prepare. Then, Chris and I are going out to breakfast.
